Include your account email, the affected page or API endpoint, time and error message. Remove API keys, passwords and payment details from screenshots or logs. We aim to reply within three business days; replies may take longer on weekends and holidays.
Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds
Use Manage subscription in your membership panel for available billing actions. For missing access, a portal problem, cancellation help or a refund request, email us with the order or subscription ID. The Refunds & cancellation policy explains eligibility.
Privacy and account deletion
Email from the address associated with your account to request access, correction, a copy of your information or account deletion. We may verify account ownership before acting. The Privacy policy explains what we retain and why.

WeatherTick is operated by LI ZHUO, an individual developer based in China. The service provides a weather research terminal and tiered API access. Public paid subscriptions are not yet open; Explorer is available for free.
