Include your account email, the affected page or API endpoint, time and error message. Remove API keys, passwords and payment details from screenshots or logs. We aim to reply within three business days; replies may take longer on weekends and holidays.
Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds
Use Manage subscription on the Plans & benefits page for available billing actions. For missing access, a portal problem, cancellation help or a refund request, email us with the order or subscription ID. The Refunds & cancellation policy explains eligibility.
Privacy and account deletion
Email from the address associated with your account to request access, correction, a copy of your information or account deletion. We may verify account ownership before acting. The Privacy policy explains what we retain and why.

WeatherTick is operated by WeatherTick Ltd. The service provides a live board for weather contracts and API access by plan. Paid subscriptions are sold by Waffo Pancake as merchant of record; Explorer is available for free.
